Returned to Sender
- If your order is returned to us by the carrier, you will receive a full refund after the item is received back at our facility. Please note that refunds are not processed automatically; you must contact us directly with your order information for assistance. We are unable to reship orders that are returned to the sender by the carrier.
Domestic Orders Delivered but Not Received
- If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you did not receive it, we are unable to issue a refund.
- We recommend checking with your local post office for additional assistance confirming delivery for your order.
International Orders Lost in Transit
- For international orders potentially lost in transit, a refund may be issued only if 8–10 weeks pass without any tracking updates if the order is not received.
- Please note, some carriers do not provide updates in tracking once the order leaves the USA.
- This waiting period accounts for potential customs delays as well as delays in scans from the local carrier. Please contact us directly for assistance if you have not received your order after that timeframe.
Domestic Orders Lost in Transit
- If a domestic order is lost in transit and no tracking updates are available for 4 weeks, please contact us directly for assistance. We are unable to assist with your order if an update was provided in the last 4 weeks.
- This waiting period accounts for potential delays in updates from the carrier, as the package may still be on the way. Please contact us directly for assistance if you have not received your order after that timeframe.
Order Issues
- For any order issue such as a print error, damaged item, or incorrect item, your order is not eligible for a refund. A replacement request will be submitted on your behalf for review. A photo of the order issue is required for the replacement. Please contact us directly for assistance.
Cancellation Requests
- If you would like to cancel your order, you will need to do so directly from the order confirmation email, or by contacting us at support@printyourcause.com. Orders must be cancelled while they are within the processing stage. If we receive a request to cancel an order that has already entered production at the time of review, we are unable to cancel or refund the order at that time.
Please note: Since we print on-demand, all sales are final as each item is considered a custom order, and we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
