When will my order arrive?
Each order is printed on-demand. Our standard production lead time is typically 7-10 business days depending on the store. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. The carrier will provide updates and an ETA as the order moves through the network. Please contact us at if you have not received your shipping confirmation email after the 10th business day.
Can I make a change to my order?
Once your order enters the production stage, we can no longer make any changes or cancellations to the order. If you need to make any changes to your order, please cancel your order immediately while it is still processing. If you would like to cancel the order, please do so directly from your order confirmation email. If the option is removed from the email, your order is likely in production and can no longer be cancelled.
How can I expedite shipping on my order?
If you would like to expedite your order, please contact us directly at support@printyourcause.com or fill out our form. We can expedite shipping to three-day, two-day, or overnight. We will send an invoice via email for the additional shipping cost. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to expedite shipping.
How can I make an exchange?
Since we print on-demand, we do not process returns or exchanges as all sales are final. If there is an issue relating to item or print quality, please contact us at support@printyourcause.com or fill out our support form.
Am I able to print the logo on a different item?
All items available in the store are preapproved by the store administrator. We are unable to print the logo from an existing store on any alternative items. The items available in the store are the only items available for purchase with the existing logo.

How do I redeem my gift code?
You can redeem your gift code directly from the gift code email by clicking on the "Order your gift" button. This will take you directly to the store to shop. Your gift code will be automatically applied at checkout. You can also manually enter the provided code from the email into the box at checkout.

How can I start my own store with Print Your Cause?

Can I pick up my order instead?
Unfortunately, we are no longer offering pickup at our local facility. Orders will need to be shipped directly to an official address.
How can I check the item measurements?
Size charts are provided for every item in the store. To review the size chart, simply select an item in the store and click the blue "Size chart" button. If the size chart is missing, please contact us at support@printyourcause.com and we will update the product.
